I vacuum bag everything after cure. Fresh as the morning dew one year later. I keep enough till next harvest, so a year is all I can say. I don’t vacuum them flat, leave some space.

I move them out of grove bags and into jars after 2 months and periodically burp them up to the 6 month mark and then I vacuum seal them. Once sealed the cure stops but it will resume if you take them out of vacuum. The sealed jars are kept in a cupboard on a cool side of the house and only see light when I'm refilling my daily jar. No need to freeze, you lose potency and damage trichomes but at some point, maybe if you need to store for more than 2 years, what you lose freezing might be less than what you would lose in the jar over time. There's pros and cons and a right time where it makes sense.

Make hash, wrap in bag, toss in a cupboard, stores for couple years.

An idea for some of it maybe

I dry trim mine. After that it open air cures ( controlled temps n humidity)
Once it can be ran thru a grinder without gumming it up, it gets vacuum bagged.
A year later.... still fresh, pliable, and very smooth to smoke. Fill up a jar and reseal the bag when needed.

Keep in a dark, cool space.

Before

Year later

I bought a mason jar sealing kit that's made to work with my Foodsaver vacuum sealer. Could never get it to work right, I just put the vacuum lid on and suck the air out the hole and put the ring on. Only takes about 10 seconds to suck the air back out after I've grabbed some nugs for my daily jar.
