Vancouver Coffeeshops

Going to Vancouver in early march...are there still coffeeshops like there were years ago? i read awhile back that they all god shut-down...any truth to this?

None that I know of are still around. Between shutting down Emery and the Olympics they are all gone.

You can still score some pretty easy in the green areas of the city though.
