Very High PH since Moving Indoors.

I got these plants 3 weeks ago and were outside for a very short time.
But testing PH was 5.5-6.3. We have had extreme cold night, wind and rain.
So brought them in the last week. Running 18-24W grow lights, Watering every 32 hours.
The are also under a light fan and temp around 74-69F.
I have not fed or done anything other then the water as I was watching the PH slowly go up.
Alk test in proper range, PH water is within range.

So the plants are 8.9 on 5 of 8, and 7.4-8 on the other three.
The leaves are on sone dropping slightly.

So before I do anything else, I thought Id bring it here. They will still be indoors maybe another week.
The weather is wrong for this year. Normally they are outside by now.

Help appreciate.

Let it dry back before u water again and make sure ur lights are 18-24 in from the top of the plants
