For a long time i have ran into a problem of after i boil-off my product in the pyrex dish i put it in my vacuum oven with quad sided heating. I'll turn the vacuum pump on for about 15 mins at 100 then ill release the pressure but let it sit in there at 100 f for about 2-3 hours. The end result is a very waxy oily product, somtimes its so oily it falls off the paper and other times its not. The only way to clump it up is when i freeze it but i still won't be able to touch it or it will stick to my fingers. The product im using is some girl scout cookie bud/trim outdoor. -- Side note does the butane i use have anything to do with the end results? Some tell me the butane i use (fastfill) is what's doing this to certain trims/bud i receive.

You need to be leaving your vacuum purge running continuously and at full vac/pressure. When you turn off the vac your not doing anything but giving out unpurged oil.
15 minutes? More like an absolute minimum 70 hrs.
But you do have the temp down. I would go as high as 110 and still get consistent shatter every time. And no if you have a legit setup with at least a guage you won't blow up.
Now please put the oil back in the purge for several more hours and watch it become stable.

I've done it for 4 hours full vac and it was the same as doing it for 10 hours it seemed when playing with this product.

Just outta my head I know some batches can be a little runnier than others. I've heard about batches of weed that no matter what the people tried it just remained half liquid and greasy.

Then again it's likely most of those people had no idea what they were doing. Occasionally though one seemed to have everything in hand and still have it happen though.

I'll also mention that 4 hours seems like less than 10 which seems like less than 70 hours by a lot. You also said you only vac purged for 15 minutes, released the pressure, then just heated it for 2-3 hours. That's not at all how that works.

I think you need to explain your entire process step by intricate step before anybody here can hope to help you fix your problem.

Runny is typically retained solvent, water, excessive monoterpenes, and/or decarboxylation.

Try loading the concentrate into your preheated oven in a thin film on parchment paper and bringing it to a full melt (About 110F/115F). Then start pulling a vacuum and stop and hold at that vacuum level when the bubbling becomes furious. When it calms down, continue pumping down until you reach 10,000 microns/-29.5" Hg and it no longer produces a flurry of bubbles. At that point, pull it out and flip it.

Repeat until you reach 10,000 microns/-29.5" Hg and solvent bubbles are no longer produced, only the small fizzy CO2 bubbles. Backfill with nitrogen, remove it from the oven, and let it cool.

The LPG used can have an affect from the standpoint that some of them are mixes of n-Butane, Isobutane, and n-Propane. Some can also leave behind high levels of Mystery Oil.

Thanks everyone,
Some ppl need it spelled out that its simply the wrong process.
I never have done research online nor have i asked question. ALL the things i learn so far has been from trial/error from where i am from there is no other wax maker around me so i can't even ask in person. I was skeptical about getting on a forum and asking so thank you for the help everyone. I have another lb of this trim/bud to run and i will do exactly what was said and hopefully it will not be so runny that it falls off the paper lifting it up. Also once again thanks to everyone for the criticism so i could fix my mistakes.

Thanks for having decently thick skin. If you stick around and use the search bar there are plenty of different techniques to check out. Also a concentrates sub forum has some good stuff,i would look at the sticky threads.
This place is a knowledge trove.
