This particular girl is about a month old. No topping. Pinched and softened the stem at the point which closely matched the surrounding lower stems reaching up. Basically, super-cropping the main. Rest of the branches only needed a little persuasion and some bamboo stakes to spread and lower the branches.

So if anybody is interested Amazon has the p1500 priced at $118 again. Plus use the promo 'Maine420'. Shipped to your door $102. Granted the promo is still good.

Nice training. Canopy looks great. Soil plus nutes? What strain is this again?

Have a 2 cycle viperspecta 600w reflector series, a very good veg light surprisingly, but a not to good flower light not enough red, i have a California light works bloom booster for that job. Here is a pic of SODK i vegged with the light i did not have enough dirt for such a big strain very potbound and burned my leaf tips the leaves are not yellow that is the flash, pic 2 is some critical i grew with the light, been cureing it for a few months, if there that cheap now i to may buy another bc you can daisy chain em.

Reflector series not on sale. The new p1500 is. Don't think the p series are chainable. Promo code might still work for those. I was wondering about a booster to add since the spectrum is slightly leaning blue. I'm gonna run by itself first though. Its that critical anything else? I had some critical cheese in the tents for about year. Nice day buzz. Crisp clear head buzz.

Yea just checked it out and bought another one to double my grow space, apparently they upgraded the model 600w 2 cycle reflector series, the tent your supposed to use is 4×4 and i have a 6×6 so now i can use my tent properly, thanx for the heads up bro, now i can daisy chain them together and double my grow space, maybe they upgraded the bloom feature so it has more red. Looks like they did, Anyway they are a very good veg light and i have a cob bloom booster so now i can get serious and skip the autoflowers when i finish running the beans, just bought some cherry fog oh well all in good time, the lights are supposed to run 100.000 hours and have a 3 year warranty are 2 cycle and you can run them together, + the price dropped considerably from when i bought my first one, and have had no problem whith the first one knock on wood, i would recommend this light for anyone who wants to get into led on the cheap, thanx again.

Seems a good product at a good price. I don't need any more lights for now, but I will look hard at the XS series if I need one in the next few months.

Vipar made a name with their blurples. I never used any of the previous models but heard good things and see guys still using them with great results. The new models are designed with the new quantum board tech. For a budget end plug n play fixture straight off amazon it's an amazing value Especially with a 25% promo discount. With the new xs series using samsung and mean well they are directly comparable to mars, spider and the rest. Design is sexy too.

Only a couple days into flower but just switched over to the XS 1500's from the 1k hps. First go at a full led run. We shall see. Light at 10% right now while cleaning and setting up.

Yeah I have three of the p1500. No complaints...the dimmer in particular impresses the hell out of me. Those are not trivial to make well.
