Vts 1000 dimmable grow light help

Hey everyone it's been a while but ill be back growing next week when seeds come in hopefully it won't take a whole year this time I've learned alot from so many in here..but I Just ran across a how light for 40 and its dimmable haven't used one before is there a recommended setting I should keep lights at just tryin to get everything right before seeds come in

Depends a lot on the light specifications really. Without any knowledge I would just put at 100% and at a hight of around 28" above a plant that's broke ground and see how it reacts after a day or two.
