Hi all, currently experiencing stunted growth again and yellowing leaves. Growing Memphisto Chem dogging autos on a 20hr on 4 hour off Cycle, they are in 12 litre fabric pots with bio bizz light mix. They are feed bio bizz grow 1ml per litre and. 5ml calmag per litre. I use ecothrive neutralize to remove chlorine and chloramine. This is the 3rd grow now and everytime they hit pre flower this happens. Does anyone have any ideas

Only had one feed of 0.5ml per litre calmag, could the water contain to much calmag?

Sorry I thought i read 5 ml. But if you are using tap water you likely dont want to add cal mag.

Does look like a magnesium deficiency. But if your base nutes contain mag then use them.

What meter is that? Probe ph meters can give varied results in my experience.

Have you checked your runoff?

And they could just be hungry. You have given very little nutes.

Can't trust those meters

Plus you need a meter when you mix your nutes up to be accurate

My recommendation would be even a $10 yellow Cheapo meter would be better

So I looked up your medium and it's Peat based which would prefer 6.2 pH so I recommend lowering your pH

Plants that size I would water at 400-500 PPM with a balanced nutrient, hope this helps good luck!

Yeah but with those meters you don't really know what you're getting

My PH and PPM recommendations are above, you're going to need a cheap pH & ppm meter at about ten bucks each for best results, good luck!

And with buffered potting soil ph is likely fine. Ec (ppm) is how you know what your plants are getting. I monitor ppm in and out every feed.

Yes the tds meter. Although you need to know if it is calibrated at .7. There are different conversions from different countries. But ec (electrical condoctivity) is universal and equals .5 of ppm.

Now that i have confused you...

It is past 3am and im very stoned. ;-)

No thats the ph meter. TDS and PPM is another conversion of ec. If the ec is .8 than the tds is 700 and the ppm is 500.

So if i told you how much feed i mixed like .8 ec or 500 ppm you would be feeding 700.

Its stupid I know but its not different than english/metric.

Anyway the point was i like to meter my feed and runoff each time and write it down. When i see it rising i know to cut back on feed.
