We have 4 clones that are not doin well. Can someone help us plz?

Look rootbound and overwaterd. They need out of those cups and need a dry period between waterings... probably need some food. The one in the big pot looks like it's maybe recovering? Don't take my word... some others will have opinions I'm sure. Also need more info... what's thier environment? Light schedule? Etc.

The second one is a total loss. Get rid of it. Remove sick leaves from the other ones. When you allow sick leaves that are yellowing, browning, rotting, etc., you get fungus infection like I see that makes one of these a goner. Dilute some Hydrogen Peroxide down and spray your remaining three clones. With clones often less foliage is better. Don't let it touch the dirt. When you're taking clones, try and take some woodier ones if you can. I actually like a very weak nutrient mix applied to the soil. And, of course, score the bottom of the cutting with a razor blade. Rooting hormone? I have about the same results with or without it. And although some people can do quickie clones? I had to have patience with mine. It takes a while. I just posted pictures of my Blue Cheese clones. Really a couple of these started with very little in the way of leaves. Then there's people who root in rock wool and swear by it. I've done that, too, and it does work pretty good.

Your issue is environment. 80f 80 RH and very low light. The media needs to be very tight to the stems. Once you see roots you can start to remove the domes or increase exposure to a lower humidity.

Easier to start in a peat pellet, rockwool, or rapid rooter. But soil should be moist if using you can't over water a clone until the roots start to develop so don't let it dry out but once you see roots back off and let it have a dry cycle.

Thank yall soo much... We got the first one thts in the bag on 4/20. She been hanging in there. The other 3 on 4/30. We believe they are 3 weeks old.

My bad I thought you were cloning.

Probably over watered by the looks of it

Fresh clones don't have a root system, can't handle much light, do much better in high humidity because they are limited in water uptake ability and like/need a warmer environment.

Once rooted they are like seedlings and a lot more forgiving

than you may have a chance..
those paper? (why) cups have have holes in the bottom?

At first I thought I had misunderstood and they were in fact trying to make clones... which from the looks of them was a safe assumption on your part lol.
