Week 3 grow light specs and check

Hey what’s up guys! I’m just wondering during week 3 what light intensity I should have my lights at 20% 30% Ect? And the distance the light should be from my plant to avoid burning.

also, my plant seems to still look like a seedling in week 3. I’m currently at work right now at the time of this post but I’ll follow up with a picture. I’d just like to know if it’s lookin good.

it depends on what light you have. I just got a 4000 led light what ever that means, lol. Anyways it came with tips on how far to keep the light like in early veg 40-60% at 26-30 inches above them. in flower 22-26 inches above and 100%. I would google the kind of light you have and see what they recommend. Good luck my friend. Also watch your plants and they will tell you what they want or need.

Thanks a ton lads. I’ll be sure to view the manual the lights came with. Spider farmer is a great brand! And I also got this soil pH and light meter. It’s like a three in one I got off Amazon. I’ll take a pic of that to show you. It Also measure the moisture of the soil. Not sure how accurate it is but it’s money either way lmao.

Here’s a couple of pics of my little guy 3 weeks in. My girl named him Hopper. I’m not sure what the white flecks are so if anyone can fill me in it’d be much appreciated.

I also have a pick of what my current light distance is from my plant. I’m def gonna bring it down a bit lower or just take a quick gander at the manual and adjust accordingly.
