What do your roots look like? Put up a pick if you can.

I'm wondering if you have some root-rot. This looks similar to how one of my plants tweaked out, but mine was smaller. I had not been using any anti-fungal in the water, though. Once I cleaned things up and added anti-fungal, it sort of recovered. Hopefully yours will recover better than mine has if it is root-rot. Are you using an anti-fungal? Also, how is your water temperature and oxygen?

Roots are certainly not looking bright white, but I don't think that is always an alarm in itself, both my plants have had yellow-ish tinged roots since early on. I assume it is from my nutrients, which are a sort of reddish color. The big clue for me was to stick my face right up next to the root ball and smell the mass. My healthy plant smelled fine, but the gnarled plant had a distinct rotting smell to the roots.

Is peroxide anti fungal good for roots

Root Rot. Enzymes would be my personal choice, or you can take the peroxide route.

How do i fix

It's some times not an easy fix, water to warm, not enough air going through the roots and going round them and up the side of your rez instead, trunk base sat in your water makes them rot, and this can cause root rot. Cannazyme is what I use all through my DWC grows, there are other retailers of zymes that are more readily available in your local. But if you can crack the cause, you have the cure. Other members will offer you better intel on hydroguard type cleaners, as I've not used these products.

They say your water should stay below 70F. Many people use totes, it looks like you are too? As long as you manage light leakage (keep it dark in the well) should be fine.

My plant was younger when it got the rot, and has not recovered properly. Hopefully yours will do better. Mine is still growing, but it is stunted, and I rather doubt I'll get more than 1/2 oz from it. It looks like little popcorn sized buds only so far.

You can grow a plant in a teacup, but a good five gallon bucket is an accidental design classic for growing DWC plants, it's tall, so has plenty of drop for your roots to down into, and it's height also lends it's self to air stones in the bottom, and a good upward drift through your roots for bubbles. Some pots are just better for some jobs than others.

I've grown in totes, but didn't rate them. I found my roots grew into each other and this created the right environment for root rot, I moved over to upright growing vessels, and half my battle was won.

Edited to say, totes are the absolute dogs bollocks for cuttings.

Ok i watered to warm today so it will still grow from this point but a little slower
My water container a coffee container
