I'm in week 2 of flower on my 2nd photoperiod grow, so I'm still learning how to read my plants and understand their needs. I had a call mag deficiency towards the end of veg but I got it under control pretty quick with emerald harvests cal mag liquid fertilizer. I had to veg these an extra month as I was moving and didn't want to transport flowering plants, glad I did it that way. Temps have been pretty consistent as well as the humidity, the VPD has stayed between 1 and 1.2. I'm running The Soil Makers Elite living Soil and adding Gaia Green all purpose fertilizer and worm castings once a month during veg. Once I flipped to flower I add Soil Makers End Game flower mix along with a small amount of Gaia Green, and Worm castings on week 1 then again in week 4 I'll repeat the process. My watering schedule is based on the plants needs, I usually water until I get about 8-16oz of runoff. So far this grow is rolling, the move didn't really stress them like I thought it would after being in a covered truck bed for 6.5 hours.

Strains in this grow:
1 Jack Herer from Captain Red Beard

2 Ak Ghost Breath from Brother Mendel
*OG Ghost Breath(Ghost In The Machine x. Cherry Pie) x Pre-2003 AK-47*

2 Miracle Fruit from Symbiotic Genetics
* Super Lemon Haze x Mimosa V6*

Some nice busy tops for only week 2. My outside girls take a month to get there.

It's technically the end of week 2 and starting the 3rd week.

Hello,

Are you counting from the date you switch the lights to 12/12 or from the first sight of flowers?

Holy moly! that's fast.

I have 2 that look the same and they are in the end of the 4th week.
I usually get about 2 - 3 weeks of stretching before I see flowers.

Well they were planted in August and vegged until Dec 27th due to the fact I sold my house and didn't want to try and move flowering plants so I vegged them for an extra month. That might have something to do with how fast they flowered. I thought they were moving kinda quick myself. They are just now showing signs of stretching

Interesting,

any chance the plants were stressed during that time?

I ask because of the purple stems, which can sometimes be caused by stress, though it could also be genetic. Stress has been known to induce flowering. As you mentioned, they’re starting to stretch now, which is typical of the post-bud stretch, though this stretch tends to be marginal compared to the first two weeks before the buds showed up.

Either way it looks good

It's a possibility they were slightly stressed. The move was only an hour away, and I vegged them for 5 days after the move before flipping them hoping it would help alleviate some of the stress.

Looks awesome for a second grow!

Especially for beginning of week 3!

Looks like you have a faster flowering strain

Good work.
