Hey guys first post here and appreciate any help :)

I started germinating for my first grow on Wednesday, I placed my seeds in rapid rooters without soaking the seeds first. On Saturday the first one sprouted with the seed still on it, I planned on leaving it to shed it on its own but now today(Sunday) it seems like the root has just kept growing straight out and there’s now quite a long root just sitting on top of the rooter.
It doesn’t seem to me like there’s a lot I could do with it till it’s ready to transplant if it makes it there. Curious what you guys think could or should be done with this?
There is two other sprouts just popping out today that were actually upside apparently(oops) but they seem to have actually sprouted better. Seeds are swamp boys Cuban Linx if that would help at all. Thanks for looking.
