And if you start autos now, they probably aren’t going to finish till mid or late September anyway. If everything goes as planned! Which in my experience with my grows never happens! L O L!

Where do you get your seeds?

Mostly Humboldt seed company stuff. Because they’re local. And I can walk into a dispensary and buy them. Avoid the mail. They are a big outfit but I think they do their homework. Plus, get gifted some now and then from people I run into. My environment is a little rough, so I try and get them from someone who breeds them as close as possible. Probably not a big deal though. Just been happy with the finished product so far.

What kind of yields did you see once you got your process figured out?

Not great. 5 pounds in the jar from seven plants. I am still learning to work with mother, nature around here, instead of fighting with her! But the quality was excellent. Triple digit heat 90% of the time from mid to late June to mid September. But thankfully less than 20% humidity most days. And it might get up to 50% on some nights. Won’t rain here again till probably mid to late October or early November. But a very trouble free grow. No pest spraying. No mold and mildew spraying. Pretty much only water and recharge all summer. Using re amended soil. This is only my fourth year, but making progress every year. This is kind of a rough area to veg, but a great area to flower! And finish all the way! Which is very important! Red Bluff, California.

Here is a pic of some of them on September 24 last year. I got lucky on the lighting, so I named it. Set the controls for the heart of the sun! L O L!

Right on! Grow them out! Play with your watering. Make it a learning experience. Believe me, I’ve learned a hell of a lot from my mistakes! It’s a process! And it’s still early. If you popped some seeds now, you would be surprised at what can happen by the middle of September! Don’t be throwing in the towel! And it doesn’t look like that greenhouse is doing them any favors, either! Direct sunlight is best if you can swing it!

Organic soil with nothing added, I’ve been using Bonnie and Clyde nutrients but I did not start until 5 weeks unfortunately.

What’s the key to dense and large yields?

More light. Autos don't yield too much outside. If you grow your autos indoors and get a decent Led grow light. This alone will increase your weight and make the buds tighter. Not too much you can do outside.
But stop spraying Cal mag every night. Cal mag is only needed for coco coir in the doses your giving.
