What’s going on with my seedlings?

Any more info what you r doing?
Watering cycle? I see algae.
Looks like nutrients burned.

Fill us in with what you have been doing as mentioned above.

how long in those plugs,
feeding any nutes?
what light and how far away and at what %,
are they rooted?

They have been in the plugs for 3 weeks. No nudes given
600w light hanging at 2.5 feet.
They have been rooted. This have been grown in peet pellets and the pellets have been soaking wet since the time the seed was planted

no disrespect but I think you answered your own question there.

they have no food in those pellets and 600w on a seedling is far too much even at 2.5ft above afaik

I would get them into some soil or whatever medium you plan to use and give them a light feeding while lowering your lights intensity.

they are starving, being cooked and being drowned currently

you may be able to save them but it will probably be slow going for a little bit
