Some overwatering and maybe needs nutrients. Potassium deficiency showing. Been happening a while i would guess before it showed the edges.

The ribbed but fading leaves are a good indicator the roots are not drying out. Deficiencies always follow.

I would wait to water until very light and dry pot and then water only to runoff and test what comes out to know what to do further.

Dry a couple knuckles down or dry 3/4 the way down the pot? Like alarmingly light.

Yea It’s probably overwatering because the whole other plant is fine

I noticed that the fan leaf in the 1st pic had dark purple stems, which is usually a sign of Phosphorus deficiency, but can also be caused by too much Potassium, causing a problem with the uptake of Phosphorus (or vice versa... I always get P and K mixed up!). Are you using any other nutrients besides seaweed? The leaves are dark green and look healthy for the most part. Since you aren't in flowering, you might try a small dose of nutrients depending on what your soil is. If it is Fox Farms, I would hold off on any additional nutrients until the cause of the discoloration is discovered. The problem is that the leaf damage could have happened a week or more ago, making it hard to figure out what the problem actually is. What kind of water are you using?
The plants actually look pretty healthy to me. Whatever you do, do it gently. Don't dump a bunch of stuff on it without having an idea of what the problem is... it ca make it worse, quickly!
