how much would you say the co2 increased your yields by?

a couple lbs. i could get about 18-22 ounces per 600w w/out co2 with a decent yielding strain. i believe when the light given off by 2 lamps overlap it seems to help increase yield. ie- 2x 600w would give off a larger yield if in one 4'x8' tent vs. 2 of the 4'x4' tents side by side; grown under the same conditions.

Agreed. I always get better results from multiple smaller lights instead of a single or two larger lights.

nice stats Mr. Ent

those are numbers that would make Treebeard smile. sounds like some excellent pipeweed also.

i use 3 gal. pails, veg. 1 week, 24 plants, lights 1-600 + 1-400, prune top to 4 colas and small shoots at bottom, grow in soil with budswell, calmag, liquid karma, succanant, pure blend pro, no co2, flower 9-10 weeks as needed
yield approximately 1 ounce per plant(some + some-) gotta agree on the combo light thing

Honestly - my yield is shit... maybe .5 to .6 per watt.

So a 600 gives me about a 1/2 lb.

I only do small test grows.

I only use soil and have never used co2.

But my weed is super dank.

top44 3weeks vege from clone, cfls, 1gal pots west gp + ji, 6 plants transfered to batmix 3 gal pots to bud.1 x 400 hps, fed molasses weekly in weeks 4,5 & 6, 8 weeks till cropped, 210 grams dry. this strain is reckoned to be crap by a lot of people but its a synch to clone takes a bit of abuse, an i reckon 200+ off 400wt in soil without nutes is acceptable you can cut this stuff sooner, after 6 weeks but yeild is more like 120 grams.

I'll bump this some more, too.. I just harvested 12 monster plants in 7 gal black standard nursery pots.. The plants were topped early on, the plants were tomato caged and pinched all over, tied, etc, and vegged a month+.. I used no CO2, just pure love and light.. I always like to use brand new bulbs if I can. I spray them in veg with Nitrozyme kelp every few days to build good strong shoots/leaf dev. and strong root systems for a large yield.

I used FFOF with Age Old Organics. I toss in some mycho for good times.. I used 2 x 1000w hps Horts. The room was mylar'd up-walls, ceiling, while the floor was layered with white side up panda plastic.. I harvest 3/4+ lb off of each plant and that is consistent off of each round I do from her.. She's def my holy grail!!

The strain is Chemdog99(pineapple C99 x Chemdog D).. And she always performs stellar for me.

Yeah bro, I would run gardens of that cut with a yield like that!!! Dizammn!! And outta 7g? wowser. mad props bro.

Btw- good to hear you use Age Old...just switched up to the Age Old regimen with FF/Roots soil mix. Only using bloom and kelp in flower with some organic CaMag, and roots excel. Then just roots excel and kelp for veg, but heavier on the FFOF side of the soil mix.

Haven't run anything twice yet in the new room, but the SFV that yielded 12.5 oz in a 18g, are running again this round in 6g buckets (yeah they are same width as homer buckets but 4inches taller... this i like). They recieved super tie down training, sc'ing, etc and will hopefully pull 6-8 each in 6g. Had a Hazey Jones that dropped an easy 14.5 oz first run in the 18g but i didn't get a cut to take. Dialed, trained, better and stripped up much higher I could easily see 1lb plus off than one in soil.

strain, critical mass
container size, 7 transplanted to 11s b4 flower
time in veg, 3 weeks from clone under 1 x 1000w in 1.2 m tent.
number of plants, 15.
number of lights, 3 x in flower. in a 2.4m x 2.3m and 2.3m tall room
size of lights, 600w, 1800 in total.
grow style , alpha mix organic soil, batmix and just water and light and love.
pruning style if any, no, i just slightly lean my plants to 1 side in mid flower, oh and i super crop just after the switch to flower on the top main cola of each plant.
use of co2 if any. no

total yield: 42 ounces dry and some killer critical at that 2! so strong and flavoursome and nice cough facter when exhaleing, yet smooth as fuck and fruity to the inhale with a 8 outa 10 strenth facter yet smoke to much and you ARE sleeping!...lol sod chemicals there not needed, as you can see they do not have much of an advantige on yield and organic tastes much much better ask me or any1 that sampled my organic critical mass and others critical mass that was grown chemically...its all in the super soil...

also how do i work out gram per watt? heard of this many times but dont understand how to calculate it?

oh just found out on here how to work it out, i scored a 1.052 gram per kilowatt hour or a GE Rating of 1.052...

they said "a GE Rating of 0.97! Good job to the hypothetical grower, approaching a GE of 1 is the first plateau to be reached and is a sign of an experienced grower".

heres the link straight to our farm growfaq on the subject if any1 is interseted about accurately measureing there grow rooms efficiancy.

that made me feel quite good considering ive only ever done like 3 or 4 outdoor grows and a hell of a lot of reaserch and my1 first indoor grow (which is what i took the workings out from) did quite well i thought, although i know theres more room for improvement as i red to the bottom...

"We have had a few contributors that have posted their monstrous GE Ratings..

OT1 - average 1.43, high of 1.89
Cobber - 1.75
Sharrina - 1.63
Quimik - 1.58 " :sign0065: yea.. defently some room for improvement...

lol... t.b.c...

Take the total grams harvested and divide it by the watts used.

448 grams divided by 1000 watts = .448 grams per watt.
