I had a plant and it's clone express themselves in a very strange manner and I am just wondering if anyone has ever seen this before and can tell me what's going on.

They have like little bitty seeds all over them but they've been on there since the beginning of flower. There's not one single mature seed on this plant and these little balls have been here well over a few weeks. There are like very few trichomes until I get under a microscope then I can see that they do exist. Smells good and makes my fingers sticky but it looks terrible. What's crazy to me is that it's going alongside numerous different plants that did not experience it and they are growing under the exact same conditions.
