Do you have any more pics or any info?
Light type, power, distance that kind of stuff

Its hard to See what's going on but it either looks like an uprooted seedling in your hand or a super stretchy seedling looking for light

What's happening here is you provided a blurry picture and no information.

The plant was growing under weak light, elongating the stem. Is the tip burnt? Eaten by pests?

My stab in the dark is that you didn't give it enough light, then gave it too much, but who knows?
