What is causing the curling down and stunted new growth?

I have one plant in a 3x3 tent in a 7 gallon fabric pot with Coast of Maine Stonington blend soil. I have not fed any nutrients so far because there should be plenty in the soil still. 2x

Plant looked awesome but started going down hill recently. I suspect I was overwatering. I had the pot on the floor of tent and wonder if that caused it to get waterlogged and lack of oxygen, since no airflow could get under the pot.

I now have the pot on a stand where it can drain and get airflow under it. I quit watering to allow soil to dry some. I have other plants in the same soil and pots outside that have been getting about the same amount of water and they look great. They were off the ground though so maybe that has something to do with it. I have good airflow and ventilation in tent and humidity and temp are good.

What do you guys think the problem is?
Do you think it's waterlogged, root rot, or something entirely different. Do you think I should pot up to a larger pot before flipping to flower?

I’ve had this on my watched threads for a while.

The downward pointing leafs resemble to much n and the other parts look like it’s to do with amendments and maybe p/k

You haven’t fed thought however I did look up the soil and it does have various amendments and npk in it.

It’s confusing as I have heard folks using that soil albeit I never saw a grow with it.

Have you checked for root rot it will smell some mind i don’t know why root rot would cause what I see.

If you had been feeding I would say you’ve overdone the n and would ask what else your adding to the soil however it’s pre mixed

If you count every else out apart from the overwatering your only left with the soil being to hot and tbh I think that’s what’s going on here.

Try mixing some coir/coco into the mix to cool the soil a bit before you use it again.

For now I am in two minds
If it was mine I’d transplant it into some regular ( not pre mixed ) soil job done however that’s a waste of expensive medium.

Are you at the stage where you can transplant and add some coir or something like bio bizz light mix that has very little in it in the way of food to the soil if so I’d do that.

It is quite common for some pre mixed soils to be a bit on the hot side

"N" toxicity would be the answer if you were using nutes _only one out of all -- Soil too hot? (others would indicate this) Over watering , if overwatered Yes - transplant in larger container - just the root ball and add new soil

how many fans do you have?
make a video of the fan blowing on plants as you have it.. i want to see..

I’m taking more of a stab at this coming from a different direction.
When I have succulents or cactus that begin showing that general appearance (difficult because of the difference between leaves and succulent pads), I usually suspect the roots are failing.

I suspect having that thing on the floor may have started something that needs attention down under the soil.

I got it up off the floor a few days ago. It was on the floor until then though. I plan on transplanting soon. Anything I should do besides cutting back on water and keeping airflow under it. I suspect Tom is right on the root issue. Hoping I can treat it somehow so it will bounce back.

Very dark green and tips curled down are signs of nitrogen toxicity. Way over feeding.
Fan leaves also look over heated / light burned as well.

I could not speak to lockout ta this time as there is not enough information.

I think you are correct Tom. What do you think ai should do besides transplant to help it. Do you think it a lost cause on this plant? I have it off the floor with fan blowing under it now.
