That looks to me like it had a momentary calcium transport issue. What you're seeing on the leaves is evidence of a past event and not necessarily a current problem. Just watch out for EC spikes, bad pH values in the water, VPD hard swings and cation getting out of whack as they're all potential triggers, and sometimes a plant just has issues regulating its own calcium during growth spurts when everything is otherwise dialed.

that makes sense---i use liquid to ph then i switched to a vivosum ph pen... thats when i started seeing them..
the pen wont calibrate correctly...so i went back to the way it was with the liquid, so i can balence the ph out...
THANK U SO MUCH ALL OF YOU FOR UR HELP!!!

Those pens are damn liars! I gave up trusting them. A $10 bottle of GH pH drops will easily outlast 5-6 pens that quit calibrating before you start to run low.

funny thing is it wouldnt calibrate straight from the box...and its a vivosun..
but i certainly will stay with the drops and its tried and true
that plant shown is really growing back out with evened out ph... no more spots have appeared.
BTW the plant is bruce banner... she will go into flower in the next month.

I love hearing when they're back on track. Keep us updated and include photos... We all love looking at buds!
