The fan leaves are curling in half. I water every 3 or 4 days so I don't think it is overwatting. And my hps light is abut a foot away. The bigger fan leaves look good
 
Eagle claws or conoeing. They look really dark. I'm no expert but I would say cut back on the N. The next few waterings, let dry completely and water with just ph water no nutes.

At first sight I thought maybe it was nitrogen but now I am thinking it could be wind damage and inconsistent watering. Maybe you are hitting it with a fan? Also are you using CO2?
 
Thats too much "n".highly doubt the wind thing.not unless u just startd blasting them.if u start wen there young(fans),shudnt b yur issue
 
Thanks it was nitrogen toxicity. I got some foxfarm sledgehammer and flushed the soil it is looking better. Thanks for the help.
