Ear wig. De will kill them. I have lived in my house for nearly 15 years and I always had these crawling pincher bugs that pesticide would not kill. I found one large one in my grow tent that someone identified as an ear wig on this site, I then matched it up with internet images. Food grade de and the farm has resolved the return of those pests that poison couldn’t. As a bonus of de my dogs tend to lay down on the residual it’s also used to keep flies off of livestock, the flies no longer hitch a ride on my dogs when they enter the house.
