Ive never grown an auto.
Looks like a nanner to me from pics, if it's only 1 or 2 & close to harvest then I wouldn't worry about it. It might have been caused by stress or genetics, dont know details of your situation. If it's more than couple or early in flower then I'd start to worry

Looks like there is a good 4-5 weeks until harvest yet. Don't pull her yet, she might still be ok. Unless you have many others? Then separate her for sure
