If this is a new thing for you (growing) I might recommend you steer clear of AN at first. We get a lot of "help me" posts with AN - and they are a beast all their own. They are kinda like a black box of nutes, you just have to trust them, trust the PH, etc. If there are problems, you really don't have much to work with.Hello,
I'm wondering what soil would be best for advanced nutrients sensi or connoisseur? Curious about the nutrients in the soil. And how that works
Have you ever used big bud from advancedI was a brand newbie, that started out using AdvNutes GMB Base, and gradually added all of the others on the Grand Master feed schedule over the last 18 months, seeing representative increases in yield as I added them, and I am getting excellent results (ie 1.5 GPW dried/trimmed) using AN and Ocean Forest. I just switched to Sensi Grow/Bloom instead of the Grow/Micro/Bloom but haven't had a full run yet. Hey they may be expensive but have worked well for me, using a MarsHydro TS 1000 per plant in my tents.
I've never tried this recipe yet, but sounds like it's doable if you can't get those propriety soil blends.can anyone recommend a generic brand of pottin soil to use, i need help as i cant buy none of the usual brands like promix or ff across the border
Thanks bro im gonna do a coco coir, generic organic compost, perlite, vermiculite, worm castings and humus with Rock dust which i learnt today from @Shaded_One . Ive only ever done hydro or coco, so im a bit of a fish out of water on organic but i feel like with a solid feed schedule and watering ill be fineI've never tried this recipe yet, but sounds like it's doable if you can't get those propriety soil blends.
"next time you grow go to lowes or home depot get a bag of topsoil, a bag of composted manure, small bag of worm castings and a couple bags of perlite throw them all together, mix it up good". - paraphrased from the black hole
