What % to use my led

Setting up a new clone tent and want to use my led.. this is what i have

I have just bought this heated propagator and gona buy this tent also

What % should i be setting the light at just to root clones and start seeds. It goes down to 5%

Was struggling with this light in an 80x80x160 but not sure if that was down to no heat or the light being to strong for what i need?

It's hard to say specifically. I use ViparSpectra lights, too. They have recommendations that are a good place to start. Something I do is start low and gradually increase the intensity until I see signs of light stress. When I see it, I reduce the power or increase the distance from the light to the plant's crown. Young plants can't take high power, so 25% might be a good place to start. That's about what I use for the little ones.

Also, the light should be about 24 inches from the top of the plant.

It will mainly be for seeds and clones, just that propogator really and very early veg maybe a week or so before they go under 2x1000w hps

I use my XS1000 in a 2x2x3 tent for seedlings and early vegetation. 18 inches is about as close as I let the plants get to the light. I've had some trouble with light stress or burn.

lowest setting to start, clones and seedings need very little light.

Then probably on the first or 2nd setting, maybe third depending on how intense the light is.

I have their 2000w in my 2x4, and after 4-5 weeks of veg, I just clicked it up to the 3rd setting which I believe is 50 or 60% for this model.

So i have finally set my small veg tent up amd have 2 seeds ready to pot up today to go in there

The light is set on 5% its lowest and is 25inch away from the floor of tent

I have 2 critical kush from barneys farm im going to try in there,

My heated propagator from ebay came damaged so needs to go back

What % to use my led
