Shes not over nuted or water logged, but shes also not getting better, any ideas?

Gonna need more info... what da heck is your medium under that mountain? and what kind of rock is that?
Looks like giant perlite??? Limeston?????

Looks over watered (complete purpleing of petroles and stem cause by magdef, because the roots have swelled up like your fingers do when they stay in water too long. Aka the prune effect.

Once the water log, you get micro deficiencies and those stem look almost black so I would say now your are also showing macro deficiencies (via no more nitrogen uptake)... I've had plants that look like this. Good luck yo

Look at the swell in the leaves too... Quit feeding, quit watering, put a fan in the pot and call me in a 1 week
