Im having a tough time deciphering what the issue is with this Sour D. Its happening on all parts of the plant. Any speculations?

It resembles mosaic virus to me.

Broad mites which always look like tmv...leaves in the foreground have the classic gnarled look of broad mite toxin

If it is tmv ,Crush a 325mg bayer aspirin into one gallon of water to help boost her immune system. You can do this weekly untill week 3 of flower.

This is common with Sour Diesel Strains... It resembles Mosaic... RNA Pro will cure it, or essentially baby aspirin.

Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)... This is what I found.

Fair use excerpt:

One of the common control methods for TMV is sanitation, which includes removing infected plants, and washing hands in between each planting. Crop rotation should also be employed to avoid infected soil/seed beds for at least two years
