Pork tender Loin, Smeared with mustard ,garlic powder,black pepper
a touch of Pure VT Maple syrup,and a touch of lemon juice ..peppers & onions
An old Gas grill Turned Charcoal (-: alomost forgot Some mesquite
wood chips saoked in Vinegar and Water,,,

ceasar salad to start things off, then a spinach and artichoke heart dip starter. a 9oz filet mingnon, seasoned with garlic, sea salt and cracked black pepper, with a little dash of Worcestershire (thanks for the spell check ) sauce for the entree. paired with some new potatoes with rosemary, fresh minced garlic, sea salt, cracked black pepper, sautéed in butter. and some grilled sweet fire roasted corn on the cob. and a few coronas. and my trusty vape pen in my pocket to help the cooking along.

sometimes I miss being a chef........then I remember how much it SUCKED!!!!!!!! having no life.

Grass fed French Petemontese Prime Rib of beef from our friends farm, 42 day dry aged grilled on weber Kettle over mesquite wood...

It only rained twice this summer, once for 45 days and again for 35 days..lol.

That Looks Yummmy ..Beef its whats for dinner .. lol sometimes
unfortunitly I could'nt cook it that Rare.. She'd be grossed out
so i rarely cook much beef.. lol too bad ..@chickenman you
also are the one that kinda inspired this Grill thread... with all
that great loooking cooking you do.. (-: Grill on Stoners... :-)

We eat beef maybe once a week, only our friend's beef for over 10 years....
Those outside pieces would be more medium rare...

Grilling is better/Healthier than Frying !
Take that !!!! :) ......Nah [lol] i jus' use to deepfry Chips 'n' Scampi but now i Grill it! ..Much Healthier
