Can I order THC infused marshmallows for smores? And maybe some mini ones for hot chocolate? ❤❤

Joking, but not really....

Hot chocolate made with full fat milk and good quality chocolate, a BIG dollop of whipped cream on top, if you like a drink you can put a drop of Jameson whisky in or cognac/brandy for a lumumba style.

Infused honey is good, and even better during winter for the throat and in hot chocolate / coffee.

I have been experimenting with infusing simple syrup and making sorbet and fruit pops

There is blueberry sorbet on the left, peach sorbet in the middle and a blueberry fruit pop on the right
Also pictured is a tincture that I am using to infuse a new batch of syrup
I am working on this project with psychedelic Sam from grass city and trying to get the video right
The syrup works better than honey or agave for my purposes

These are hand pies that I rolled the dough too thin, the filling is good and very potent
As soon as the video is done I plan on moving to more molecular gastronomy recipes
I have an iso whipper and 50 nitrous charges I'm itching to use
So far a water cure before processing the cannabis has eliminated a lot of the floral taste
The peach sorbet has no detectable cannabis taste

Fresh flower tea. Throw some buds fresh off the plant into a mug add half and half and pour in boiling water.
