Whats your favourite training method?

Hey guys just wondering during what your best/favourite training methods are.
Currently I do 4 in 5x5 space.
Top them around the 4th or 5th node. Then after they grow a little pick the strongest 6 branches, cut the rest off and LST them out evenly.

Seems to work OK but they get very bushy, bit too crowded and not always a even canopy.

Just seeing what you guys prefer

1 plant in a 3x3 scrog. 60 days veg and I get average of 14 oz.

I LST, HST & SCROG as I’m able. Mostly to maximize space. But maybe a bit just to muck with them. Can’t just leave them alone.

I top twice. Once at 5 nodes then once again after the side shoots get a couple of nodes. Then when i plant in the ground i plant on an angle and attach a rope to the main branch and as it grows I keep bending the plant. Some i just let grow naturally too. Im strictly an outdoor grower.

Indoors, I scrog low and try to fill the tents corner to corner with a blanket of similarly-sized colas. I want zero floor visible from above. Sometimes I'll top a bunch of times. Sometimes I do a right angle bend six inches above the dirt. Sometimes I mix and match. Either way, I lollipop in F2 and maintain that until harvest.
