So I live in southern Ontario with a hardiness zone of 6b. Generally any plants that are to go outside shouldn't be until May 24th ish.
My question is to what would be considered to early to start germination.
I'm not think today or tomorrow but closer to early or mid March. I am not sure how large they would be prior to going out and I would only be using the windows for lighting. I do know that this may cause issues for the plant reaching for light but curious what other issues it may cause starting to early.

Middle to end of March depending on your ability to grow them inside.
Start to bring them outside to harden them off when the weather permits. That’s mid April, in the interior of BC.

No lights, tent or anything just good old daylight.
I usually start germinating beginning to mid April before going out end of May.
What the worst that will happen if done to early.. not worried about hardening them as I can simulate what I need to.

If your indoors without high intensity artificial light, mid April to start the seeds makes sense.

That's what I was thinking .. also I know some people who grabbed clones last year and put them out in may. Due to the light change I assume some started flowering.

Also just curious as I am antsy lol.
