I have a question regarding the transplanting to rockwool slabs:

So i always grew in either coco or the standard hugo 6inch blocks because my grow space did not have a high ceiling at all. Well now it does and i want to switch to the slabs to grow bigger trees.
My question now is: When are you transfering the 4inch blocks to the slabs and which thickness of slabs are you using? I cant veg them in the slab because i cant transfer them from the veg room to flower in the slab right? How are you handling it and/or what is the standard practice?

would really appreciate some tipps!
