Germinated in February supposed to be auto flowers and I’m sure they are. Why aren’t they ready?

I think that green shade blocks out the needed " rays " you get from sun. It's just gonna take them longer to ripen is my thoughts. Over 90days is not unusual for autos, but yours look healthy and protected from the usual critters we outdoor growers get but the shade is the problem i think.

I put them out everyday so thy get sun all day.
