So I had to inspect each branch after finding some spider mite damage and had to throw some away that had webs. I did a bud wash, but now I’m 2 days into drying. First I kept my 4x2 foot bearing mat off since I had some popcorn buds in trays on the floor since they couldn’t hang. humidity was at 66 steady and temp at 64, but I was worried with the humidity being that high so I set my heating mat to 69°F. humidity got to 55 and temp is sitting at 68°F. Surely having 55 rh and a higher temp is better than high humidity while drying, right? What do you guys think?

Yes! Low temps high humidity is mold city. You did right to compensate and increase temps. With the increase of temps just be ready to jar them when they are ready. I like to bunch up my unhangable buds over top of a mini hygrometer and that’s my que. Hang will dry slightly faster than the hygrometer says for the piped up buds. So pull when the hygrometer is a little over target.

55rh and 68 degrees should be just fine. Like @Bdubs said, have your jars at the ready.
