White bugs on stalk

Hey guys and girls , I lost a girl from root rot and when I pulled her I noticed white bugs , they are on all my girls now and I’m looking for a natural deterrent. Please help I have to in flower and 3 in grow

I think there whiteflies , I shook my big girls and a couple came out from under leaves , i don’t even know where they came from but there here now. I tried taking a pic but it doesn’t show very well

I get green lace wings to eat the white flies and aphids for my outdoor girls every year.
I highly recommend they eat all types of pest they are great.
If not neem oil is the best...
