White & Yellow Dots On Seedlings

Newbie here needs some help please.
Would anyone know what is causing this ?
I am suspecting too much nutrients - my EC checker hasnt arrived yet ?

I use a bottled water that is made through RO, but they add some chemicals to it, as per the label below, I am adding normal dosage of nutrients to it, will this then be too much nutrients >?

I wouldn’t add any nutes quite yet. What kind of soil are you using?

Using 90/10 coco mix.

In a 90/10 coco/perlite mix, you must feed everyday, even from seed and especially when using RO water. The amount of elements they add back in per the label (40 ppm) is insignificant to your plant. You said you’re fededing “normal dose” of nutrients which I’ll assume means full strength. I recommend you reduce you nutrients to 1/4 the recommended dose and water in daily. As the plant gets bigger, up the nute strength, but continue daily feeding. Coco that doesn’t have any nutrient amendments must be watered AT LEAST once a day for success. Good luck.

I. Am using the feeding schedule that came with my Autopot starter kit , which starts slowly and goes up per week. I did recently transplant them from Rockwool , maybe that’s caused stress.
