I've been getting PM spotting here and there in my flower-room for whatever reason airflow and RH don't seem to be completely stopping it . . .

Has anyone used fungaflor before?

I'm a big fan of the Attain series foggers for mite eradication . . .

but there are some sketchy looking reports out there of the fungaflor . . .

?

a buddy of mine used it 2 weeks into flowering as a preventative measure and it fried everything. he dropped it lights off and when he went in the next day, shit was fried. he finished the harvest but it wasnt pretty.

sorry to hear that bro

I wouldnt use that in a room with plants - sulfur burner or green cure

but I used them in my post harvest eradication process

set one off after the harvest was completed, then went in tore everything out - replaced my oscillating fans, my pre filter on my carbon filter, all my flexible ducting, sanitized everything else with physan 20 - and then set off another fogger before I put the trays and res back in.

if you have strains you need to save - take cuts and spray them with eagle 20 and then sanitize everything else you may have contaminated or throw it away

physan 20 is your friend

Follow directions, expect a little burning on near by plants and kiss your PM goodbye. It really depends- how bad do you want PM gone?

It also depends on space- if you set off a single fogger in a 200-300sq ft room or less...expect some burn. They are made for greenhouses, each bomb covers up to 1000sq ft. I have heard of people setting them off in tents and frying the room- I believe it. These are for larger applications but if you have the space and follow directions these things work great.

are they labeled for anything but ornamentals?

unless it says you can use it on grapes or other edibles you should not smoke plants sprayed with that

Well I want it gone pretty effin bad. My last three harvests ended up with at least some spotting on the lower leaves and it's really aggaravating to throw away otherwise good trim . . .

My flower room comes in at just under 200sqft.

Hmm. I'm a little hesitant to nuke the room . . .

Imazilil is used in a lot of post-harvest applications for citrus crops - but that hardly makes me feel better since lemons and oranges and shit are peeled before being eaten.

Well it would hit plants only about 10 days in . . . so under grow-room conditions Imazilil should be completely broken down by the time I get anywhere near a harvest . . .

Jezus I know better than that - I mean it's a fogger - it would probably all come out as a liquid spray like that.

Place the can in a corner of the room with some newspaper under it - maybe on top of an overturned 5-gallon bucket - like 18 - 2ft off the floor.

I'm thinking I might set it off in an adjacent room and just open the door and let it waft into the flower room between the two rooms - and exhaust the whole room after some smallish amount of time - two or three hours maybe.

This PM is killing me.

tell Rob at Rocky Mtn Hydro and Organics that you know more about the Fungaflor than him. Be sure to tell him you made a post about it on weed website lol

Wah wah....thats the type of misinfo that steers people away from products that work and don't cause harm. If you knew what the fruit you eat was sprayed with, you'd second guess shit for sure!

No, that is not a good way to do it. You are supposed to set it ABOVE the canopy (ideally on top of a hood). Does have to be above so putting it on the floor won't work as well and will hurt your plants more. I chilled for a minute and watch one disperse- on top of a hood aka LEVEL surface is fine, it will fog the whole room.

Basically put it centrally in the room (on top of a hood or other elevated object), clear about 6-8ft radius around where the fogger will go off (as in move plants at least 6-8ft away from fogger), turn off all fans, set off bomb, leave for 6-12hrs and exhaust the room very well. You WILL smell this shit when exhausting.

wah wah - really?

nice

says that it is known to cause cancer in humans

another part says that you should wear gloves when handling anything that came into contact, dirt containers etc

but hey Im sure its totally safe

so awesome to be talked down to by a mod!

your so cool

your so cool

Excuse me you are supposed to help us not abuse your fellow farmers very nice:evilgrin0040:

Im a mod, wow big deal- Im no fucking different than other grower on here. It deserved a wah wah, get over it- its the internet quit gettin butt hurt.

And UpYours- I did help, i explained this was an ok product used correctly- and motherlode decided to start droppin crap in the thread.

Hows this- anyone besides me in this thread ACTUALLY USE ONE? Have anyone used one of these "dangerous, cancer causing, bud plagueing" smoke bombs? Because I have, and when used correctly, at the right time etc- YOUR PLANTS ARE FINE. Its about not being a moron and applying it correctly. Probably is being pulled because DUMBASSES don't know how to apply it correctly and shot it in there eyes or face or dumbshit like that that does cause harm (from half the shit i see on these boards- makes sense)....

Yes I have and also keep all msds in folder it can be used sparingly in early stages of plant growth and you are correct a dumbass did get all my best bug bombs pulled and I am pissed as hell I didn't have three or four cases put up before dick wolf of oregon dept of ag came in and hit us w/ a stop all sales of whitmire w/o proper documennts so yes I have used and still have two or thre bombs on a shelf right now I use on my moms and babys nothing more ok motherlode has a right to his opinion as do we all :coffee:heart::smiley_joint:

Exactly- its not people gettin poisoned/cancered up, its morons that don't know what they are doing/talking about ruining it for farmers who do things correctly. They pulled them in CO at some spots as well, and most are requiring a commercial greenhouse license to purchase (so in other words its "SAFE" for commerical crops for consumers, but not for the consumers to use- aka a dumbass grower created a lawsuit somewhere.

yea you are no different then any other grower on here - except you could ban me for talking shit - so Im not gonna get into a pissing match with you

if you had read any of what I posted instead of dismissing me as a moron you would know I have used them to treat my grow area - but never on growing plants

if your cool with telling people to use something in their home that is supposed to be used in a COMMERCIAL GREENHOUSE, then have at it - I am not

as far as used at the right time you didnt even know how far in his girls where when you told the OP it was safe

so I like to err on the side of caution when it comes to my health and my patients health - that makes me a moron?

guess Id rather be a moron then a asshole
