Hi! I’m Beth and we own a genetics company. We grew over 4 million high CBD seeds and my partner and I have been in this business for over 30 years combined in all cannabis and hemp markets. I would love to offer information on any questions you might have and would love to learn from you. Right now my mission is to have anyone and everyone home growing. This plant changes so many lives and with all the challenges I would love to see it grown in homes all over the world just like any other garden plant. This is how I grew up in a small Northern California town. Hempress 3 is one of my favorites and I may be biased but everyone who grows it loves it! I’m curious what you all are growing? Are high CBD plants part of your garden?

I have been growing for the past 20 years, and my goal is to produce a large quantity of cannabis at the lowest cost. After a year or two of experimentation, I decided to switch to soil. I planned to set up a dedicated seedling or cutting cabinet, a small veg room (about 20% the size of the flower room, since I can double-stack two small veg spaces, each 60cm x 60cm x 90cm), and a flower room. With this setup, I can harvest over six crops per year, using basic dry fertilizers and minimal perlite, while reusing the compost 5-6 times.

I wish I had more space, but living in the UK means I have to keep things on the smaller side and stay under the radar. I currently have two flower rooms: one measuring 1.8m x 1.2m and the other 2.2m x 1m.

Honestly, I've never grown in a tent. I’m not a fan of how the sizes can feel restricted, and they don't seem like something you can rely on for the long term. A purpose-built room offers the freedom to fully utilize the space and allows you to redesign it as needed, improving your results over time.
While sheltered outdoor grows sound appealing, they’re limited to just one crop per year or require autos.
You could start plants in tents about four months before daylight drops to 14 hours, then move them to the sheltered area. This way, you’d be able to grow some really impressive plants.

We like trying different strains, so we grow a varied mix of types. Some of our favorites have been free seeds.

We have our first high CBD plant in early vegetation. It's Royal Medic from RQS. We have connections in Eugene, OR, so we "buy local." It's a fast-growing plant that is easily twice the size of Zkittles that were started at the same time.

I have been working on the shop clearing space. My two 4x4s will be replaced into a room I'm working on. That will be roughly 6x10. Hopefully I can go a little bigger.
I throw my plants outside after vegging inside roughly 2-4 months.(Depending on how life works out) And I have to do light deprivation. I've had some pretty plants out there.

I have not tried to grow any heavy CBD strains but i sure like it. I'm a long time outdoor grower and a realetivly new indoor only been doing indoor about 8yrs can't remember when i started. But i buy CBD bud and mix it with my heavy indica strains in a grinder. I'm in So. Oregon 4 plant household limit for outdoor plants but i push it abit. I'd love to try some CBD seeds in a grow.

A 6x10 room would be ideal. I’d set it up with two flower rooms, ensuring the temperature stays consistent in both.

Probably similar to my arrangement. I have two genetics I'm keeping. They get weaned from the clone box into indirect sunlight, with nights in the shed for supplemental light. Then after about 2 months I take clippings for the next generation and cut off their supplemental light in the shed. Unfortunately due to ongoing predation I have to bring them inside at night so I'm moving plants around throughout the day up until bedtime.

Hello!!! I am a homegrower in Missouri. I grow indoors and have been growing for the last 2 years. I recently purchase 2 cbd strains from royal queen seeds that i will start in the next couple of weeks. I will be growing Royal Medic aand Euphoria. These will be my first CBD strains and I am excited. I am also in a Cannabis Program through a state college here as well. Cannabis is so interesting to learn about.
