It has been unbearably hot and incredibly humid here in new england. 90+ degrees and 90%+ humidity.

I have been checking my plants twice a day (morning before work and evening at feed/water). Checked it yesterday morning and there was nothing. Checked last night at feed time and found 3 buds with small rot spots. Immediately chopped the affected buds and the plant, then hung it in my tent at 68deg and 58%. Chopped about a month early. Hopefully the rest of the buds are ok.

This was my buddies 6 year old bag seed he had thrown in a door. I wasn’t expecting to get anything. The buds are pretty heavy and dense though. Unhappy about the rot, but i guess i can’t complain too much.

i cannot wait to grow inside so i dont have to deal with this crap anymore.

put plants in the ground, dig a huge hole if needed,. grow a landrace from an area similar to your environment.. we’re a few yrs away from modern genetics being remotely as resistant as landraces..

I was actually talking about doing that the other day.

Maybe next may i will do it….but i already have the tent set up in the basement. I am pretty much sick and tired dealing with bug damage, heat stress and humidity issues though.

I hear ya @SchweedyBawlz I live on the opposite side of you. With high temps and very low humidity outdoors right now in Oregon. I don't have the stomach to be a real commerical grower with how the environment is so unpredictable anymore.
