On another forum I was following a young man who got a Bruce Banner photo into mid flower with a cardboard box a light and a fan. He looked to be clearing a couple of lids and his top cola was sweet. He ran the same temp and humidity the whole run and had no idea what either was.
Sometimes we make this harder than it needs to be. For dollars spent vrs yield he is a legend.

I have always had a hunch for DIY and nowadays (at least here in France) life has become so damn expensive that DIY is, if done right, an absolute life saver.
Even my own garden is all DIY and things are turning out pretty good.
Sometimes a little bit of logic, brainpower and sitting back to think things out can save money.
I think a huge problem is also that people are too specific by being scared of not being successful. As for the air circulation, if you think about it, why buy on a grow site at a ridiculous price so that you can go in a hardware store and find the exact same product for 4 even 5 times cheaper?

I don't know how prices rank up in the US now, but here in France, prices are ridiculous! Need reflection? Windshield panels. Need Heat and Humidity? plastic! Need a rectangle? In school we learned the length has to be longer than the heigth. I strongly believe and trust I can manage to do something with my DIY.

I do very much though really appreciate the helping hands that come out and help in this forum and that the mentality is way cooler than here in France. I have fun reading and exchanging here and I have found the type of people and mentality that I knew living in the US back in the days and it really feels good.

Hey there fellow growers!

How everyone doing? Just coming through to show what the little BUBBLE-KUSH baby is doing after 5 days of being put into the dirt.

I didn't wanna do a new post so I'll just add it here. Hope that everyone who answered on this post in the past will be able to see it.

I have almost completed my big tent. Just waiting on the EXTRACTION SYSTEMS to arrive, but being the small size and being a good daddy for the baby, things seem to be going OK. I'll try to get a pic of the tent in here as well. Keep in mind it's DIY and Temp and Humidity readings are pretty good...

Temperature at 78.8 and Humidity at 81%

I should be receiving Fertilizers, Root Enhancer (but I won't use due to taste change) and a rincing liquid within 2 days.

Does anyone know how I could post pics, but smaller by the way please?

Once you post the picture in the preview click on it and go to the lower right corner. Put your cursor in the corner and you should see arrows that show you that you can enlarge or shrink the picture to whatever size you want.

Cheaper than you can build it

Well actually here in France I searched around all hardware stores imaginable in the area and I have managed to be cheaper than buying bro. Wanting to build a second one much bigger...lets say normal sized, which is 27.5in x 27.5 x 70in I came up with the price of 15 Euros which is about 17 dollars. Of course I haven't counted the fan and air circulation. Adding those I came up with all included, structure, fan and air circulation with 61 dollars. Pretty not bad, right?

I am similar to you 24x 16 x 32 height using 75 watts of a 100 w led ... with our small space i have found a single pc fan intake blowing onto the light source is enough with a passive exhaust .. mine goes through a cabin filter off a car which cleans up most all of the odor .. have tried scaling up to bigger spaces but it dosnt work to well 24 x 24 seems to be the limit ..

Thanks bro!

Went to the lumber shop today and grabbed my bundle of wood to start building the structure. I will start next qeek 'cause Monday I have to be at the hospital to do an exam on my back and I will be hospitalized all day.

I'll do another DIY on my new and bigger box.

Air extraction and fan are on their way and I received my fertilizers.

My second baby, Melania is growing nice as well, but went a little bit A-Wall on me having gained too much heigth in one day so I lowered the light a little hoping to have saved the day...will remesure her heigth the next couple of days and will add some soil to catch up a little bit of the excessive heigth.

Yea been pulling that around since 2012 and today I have not one, but 2 Herniated Discs, narrowed lumbar channel and two vertebraes that welded together. I have to pass a Lumbar Puncture to see just what exactly is going on in there
Ten years in Airborne and 9 in Construction as a mason will fuck a man up I guess

Will let ya know how it goes...no worries on that bro

Hello Everyone!!!

Hope everyone's having a great weekend? I am! Even if you don't give a fuck

Wanted to share with ya'll Daddy's Little Girl, Brigitte at 12 days of age. Started to water her a little more as of tonight with the weekly dose of 150ml of clear water and added a little more of potting soil to add a little half inch to come and hide the little curve at the bas of the stem that really wasn't pretty to the eye and being one hell of an ass to myself so everything is nice and perfect...I had to do it

I guess she's going along fine. I don't know jack shit being I have never homegrown so I'll let everyone tell me what they think for 12 days of age. Personally I am pretty happy of it myself. Looks like a plant, stays green, looks sturdy...I guess I'm on the right track then.

Don't know if I'll be through tommorrow 'cause Monday I have an important exam for my back and I gotta get up real early before the 2 hour road trip. So I hope everyone has an awesome sunny sunday and for those of you whippin' up the BBQ...Think that somewhere in France there's a Frenchman who dreams of one day eating once again a pulled pork BBQ Sandwich with Fries and a nice cold CORONA with Lemon Slice and of course all topped off with a spliff and some Hardcore Metal in the background

Peace Everyone!!!
