Hey, I do, they nutes are circulating through a water chiller, staying a steady 70°

Good thought. Cold roots looks really similar to too much light.

I think definitely too much light. They're bouncing back except one. Any ideas on how to get her back on track? She's not happy.

but LEDS different technology, can not feel the intensity.

Back off the light, check, vital signs, ph, amount of food etc.
check new growth as it comes see how it looks.
if the light is your only issue they will rebound, some better then others maybe.
the ones that grow back fine and produce! Clone those!

You should be feeding 3-4 times or more daily in coco. Leave your nutes alone and up the feedings.
Put your light at 20 inches and set the dimmer at 50%
