Will my plants be okay?

I’m on day 3 of flower and when I went to sleep last night; I accidentally left the fluorescent lights on (above my hps lights) . Will this harm my plant and what plan of action should I take?

Being only a few days into the transition you really only possibly set yourself back a few days depending upon the maturity of the plant(s). I would not worry about it at all..

appreciate the advice . I figured just keep going because flipping it back to veg seemed like too much stress
