Look like a cali deficiency
Add some cali mg
They won’t recover very fast it will probably get worse before it gets better

I have no clue what numbers are on biotabs orgatrex your using I saw one witch was a flowering Accelerator and another witch was 5.1.5 witch I guess is for grow witchever way you’ll want flowering numbers

Good luck cali deficiency can be a royal pita as it’s fast to show and slow to stop

well i use pretty soft water so calmag wouldn't even suprise me it's just that i never had this problem with previous grows ,same soil, same water etc ..

You guys think it's good idea switching to synthetic nutrients to better offset the deficiencies?

Unfortunately sprinkling bon meal on top won't do anything for this plant. You need to mix bone meal into the soil before planting so it has time to break down while the plant is growing. Then it's nutrients are available in the soil
when the plant is flowering. I'm also thinking Light Burn. Hungry for Nitrogen, Calcium and Magnesium. As she is in Flower it's best to keep the Nitrogen levels lower and give her some Magnesium. P- K -C and let her finish up rather than push for a nice pretty green plant.

Doesn’t sound like tabs at all. Looks like it’s made by a Dutch company called bio tabs. Just two. Cents

No
In my humble opinion
And
This looks like your problem to me
The black spots I have never seen before
In the other photos, they look overfed
Maybe try clean ro water for 7 days or so
Synthetic to me is not the way to grow

The fertilizer youre using has calcium and magnessium and calciumd defficiency is more like yellow and brown spots instead of big marks.

It loos like it could be some disease or fungus to me but Gnick has more experience than I do so I think better do what he says.
EDIT: Thats A LOT of nitrogen for flower, after the 2nd or 3rd week of flower you should cut some nitrogen, you could buy a PK fertilizer and add it while reducing the dose of orgatrex biotabs or just buy a specific fertilizer low in nitrogen for flower.

IMHO, the plant looks very hungry. It could be the lighting or the tone of the picture, but the entire plant looks pale….light green trending toward yellow.
It’s tough to be sure about diagnosing issues with cannabis, so you have to be careful not to over react and compound the problem….or create a new one.
It’s true that the flowering cycle requires less nitrogen overall, but the first 3-4 weeks of flowering actually needs as much, if not more N as Veg.
It looks like you’ve got a good 5 weeks left and, in its current state, you’re not gonna have enough gas in the tank to finish. It’s normal for larger fan leaves to yellow and die off, but not at your stage. Plus it can happen quickly…..sooo
If it was my plant, I would give it a good feeding of something all purpose…..meaning equal parts N.
I use the attached chart as my basis for growing and it’s been spot on. Every strain is unique and some will naturally require outlying specs.
The problem leaves may or may not stem from the overall need for feed. There are many different funguses (should that be fungi?) that can cause problems.
In addition to feeding it, I’d apply some sort of fungicide asap.. I’ve used Dr. Zymes in past and it worked great. It can used on fully flowering plants and is 100% organic.
I’ll bet a good feeding plus a healthy spray down with Dr. Zymes (or something similar) will help this plant towards the finish line.
See the attached chart and use it.
Good luck.
