Would a led light strip help a seedling at all?

I've got a 6 foot led light strip,I was thinking since I don't get much sunlight in my windowsill if I wrapped this around my seedlings container would it help any little bit?

I learned in this forum that pretty much any sort of electrical light will suffice to get seeds germinating, so you ought to have good germ rates and seedling development with the light strip you describe, at least for the first month or so.
