wtf is going on with this plant O.O

hey growers! im growing in coco/perlite for the first time i usually grow with abit of soil added the coco/perlite im almost in week 4 of flowering.

i noticed a few leaves on a plant doing this but now more are doing it now, even ones not sitting in the well. i do have an ec pen on the way and dialed down the nutes until i know whats happening.
i do use cal/mag so if theres a deficincy there i dont know why...

my only thought was light stress, i had 2x 600w lights 40cm above plants now moved to 55cm away to see if it makes a difference.
any ideas anyone will be greatly appreciated <3

thanks for letting me know was worried i had a nute lockout. ive turned 1 of the 600w back to 75% so should only be 1000w in there and lights i put up a few days ago. so hopefully she does alright now.

J Back the lights way off. 30" if you have room. 65% -70% is plenty at that range.

so i found this and just went will my 2 lights = 1000w so i put them 31inches above tops of plants? i do good ? haha

scares me i would of had my lights not just abit to close :( but heaps to close
they are sitting well away now so i hope they recover from the stress. good thing those leafs are only fans :P

also i did notice the praying leaves went back to normal with my first adjustment but i did put them higher again because it is alot of light. the leafs in the pictures seemed to be dying more. over the past couple days since adjustment. so ill let you know how they are doing in a couple of days :)

okey so dont laugh but this grow i found out about the ec of a plant's medium and had my pots sitting in the run off the past 2 1/2 months i finally got my ec pen 2 days ago and did a test with the run off........ 5800, so i flushed each plant with about 10L of water until the run off showed under 1400, its currently at 1100 now with todays feed, they are all out of the drainage wells now and hopefully feeling abit better, i also found out the recommended dose of my fertz was abit too high bringing the feeding ec too 1600, so have adjusted so its right now sitting at 1300 as its run off. no wonder why my ec levels were so high im using coco/perl, its such a sucka xD

anyway heres a picture of the plants today.
4weeks 3days in

i do see some leaves look odd but i think i have finally fixed that problemo with the lights higher and ec levels more intact.
shame i dont know the strain but they are looking pretty darn frosty
