Saw some slight praying after a few 5-6 hour direct sun days.. so I moved it to a more shady/indirect spot and today they’re clapping For Christ sakes!!
dont know what else to do especially since another seed same strain all same conditions is growing way quicker and no praying at all..
ugh
just watered em today hopefully this thing relaxes a bit seems stressed doesn’t it
should I leave them both in a shady/indirect spot should I leave the good one in the sun or keep both in the sun as normal?

I wouldn't worry too much - this usually happens when plants get exposed to hot temperature and direct sunlight or a strong indoor light. If I were you I would just leave them be, keep an eye on the moisture, make sure it doesn't get too dry or stay too wet for too long - they should be fine once they get used to the higher temps and sunlight. Usually takes a day or two.

Ok yah not much cause for concern on the leaves or anything I honestly think it was too dry.. trying not to over water.. I think I’ve figured it out though
and so I should leave it in a shady/indirect spot or should I still let it get a couple hours of direct light u think? And just keep the soil nice and moist

Let 'em get some direct sunlight, keep increasing it a little bit incrementally (increase by like an hour a day, if you can) until they stop showing signs of stress, then find the sunniest spot and leave them. Try to do this as soon as you can before they get much bigger.

Make sure you're watering properly, letting the soil dry out a little before watering again, etc.

What strain are you growing, do you know?
Also starting small plants out in larger pots like that isn't always the best - too much unused soil leads to stagnant water, leads to pathogens in root zone, leads to root rot or lockout issues..
I always recommend the right size pot for the plant - seedlings in solo-cup size or equivalent pots, then to 1 gallons, then to 3 gallon or directly to the ground.. Tends to reduce root issues.
Some folks say auto-flowers can be planted directly into their final pots so if it's an auto you may not have to worry about this - but I don't mess with autos so I have no real advice for those.

Yeah they’re autoflowers strain is bubba kush 2.0 and I followed stepwell soil YouTube’s video for planting geeminated seeds in peat pellets in final pot
ive been pretty good in terms of not over watering as well, definitely on the dry side
tell me.. would a plant do this sort of thing if it was touched too maybe?
the other one is looking so damn good we had nice weather I thought they’d both grow nicely but I was wrong :( hopefully another 24hours and she will relax.. she hasn’t yet looks exact same and it’s super cloudy today! :(

Because it was touched? I doubt it, unless your hands were super dirty or something... Give it a few days to adjust, it will be fine. With seedlings that size, I worry more about overwatering, fungi or other pathogens, and "damping off" more than anything. Praying is almost a good sign for seedlings.. Almost. Not a big deal, though.

Why, I bet if you sing to her and give her some good vibes she'll perk right up in the mornin'
