Yellow curled leaves with brown spots

I have a 7 week old clone that I have noticed slowly looking worse and I figured I would see if anyone had any ideas. My light is about 2ft above the plant and is only a 100w hydro mars. My watering is as soon as the top soil is dry to my first knuckle so if anything it is watered too often.

I have only fed calmag plus but when I posted the thread I had fed with fox farm veg nutes

You are overwatering if you aren't letting the entire pot dry back. You are only driving this plant with 100 watts of light, so it's not up taking a lot of nutrients. Are/were you feeding it full strength nutes? Are you watering to runoff? You probably have salts built up in the soil causing lockouts.
