Those lights can be easily hang at 3feet+ from the plants without any problem. (Between 60-80% intensity), depending on age and size.
With CO2 at 1200ppm in flower you could be using 100% at 2 feet maybe less with everything dialed in.

I would start flowering at 1.2m from canopy @60% let them finish stretch ~3 weeks than push lights to 80% and slowly lower it to 2 feet for the course of maybe two weeks.
