Hello all!
This is my first grow and today I noticed these spots appearing on some of my plants leaves.
Stats-
Indoor grow
From Seed
Started January 1(germination)
Lights 20 on/ 4 off
Soil-Mother Earth brand
Water on Tuesdays and Saturdays
Nuts-Pride Lands Veg.
Plants-
Mica and Stephane are from an oz of some kind of kush I got
Sparky is a Gorilla Glue Auto
All 3 have these spots and they just appeared since yesterday.
Please do not use sophisticated terms as I am very new to this.
Can this be a CalMag deficiency?

I would chalk it up to adaption. Potting soil tends to provide patchy nutrition until the root ball is sufficient size. The initial roots can land in what is considered hot parts of the soil and create the look of excessive nutrients. Or the opposite and land in perlite dense zones will little nutrition.

A contributor to this could be how you are watering. Seems pretty lightly for your grow stage. The roots will only expand into moist soil. At this growth stage you might want to reevaluate only trickling water around the roots and saturate the medium then wait for a complete dry back to water again. This will allow your roots to expand throughout the pot and take up nutrients more efficiently.

The spots could be an early sign of Ca deficiency, but it's a bit too early to tell for sure. There's also slight interveinal chlorosis, which is an indication of Mg deficiency, also too early to tell for sure.

It's better to water when the plants need to be watered. Use the drench and dry method for plants of that age. That is, let the soil dry till the pot feels light when lifted or the plants wilt slightly. Then, add water at 10 to 20 percent of the volume of the pot. For example, that would be 1 or 2 quarts for a 3-gallon pot.

The plants look stressed. What are the temperature and humidity? How intense is the light?
