Is it maybe just at the end of its cycle?
What are you feeding and at what dose?
I'm a photoperiod grower and I've recently started growing Autos.
I've never dealt with a deficiency or toxicity with photoperiods but I've grown 4 Autos now (3 are in flower now) and during the flowering stage they would start to yellow from the bottom up.
The 1st Auto I grew was in a 2 gallon pot, the current 3 I'm growing are in 3 gallon pots with self watering bases.
Long story short, the roots grew into the bases.
The 1st Auto and these 3 all with the same symptoms, even though I wasn't using a self watering base for the 1st one but it was in a 2 gallon pot.
Came to the conclusion it was root issues, removing the roots that grew into my bases helped a lot.
Both grows, after I started seeing the issue, the only way I got them to turn green again and not yellow anymore is by making sure my pots don't dry out all the way.
If I don't keep up with watering they start to yellow again.
Are you seeing it get any worse when the pot is dry and slow or stop when it's wet?
Idk if the issue is the same as yours, I just don't know enough about deficiency, toxicity, and root issues to tell you for sure.
I just like to share my experience in Auto issue threads just in case it's related or if anyone in the future runs into similar issues.
The link below is the thread I started about my Autoflower issues, idk if any of the information in there will help you but hoping maybe it does.
